The flat is located in one of the highly desirable neighbourhoods. If you want to stay away from the street noise but still be within the city center, it is a sensible choice. Short walk to town centre and bus stop at door step. 30minutes' walk to town centre, 40 to Royal Mile/old town. It is on second floor in a traditional Edinburgh tenement building with decorative high ceilings. Please be aware there is no lift in the building. No other guests to share in this flat! A well maintained apartment. Guest enjoy the exclusive use of a double bedroom and a dining room with a two seater inside. Host stays in the front part of the flat, guests stay at the back (quiet part ) of the flat. Guests can come and go freely.Price advertised is NOT breakfast inclusive but with facilities to prepare your own.

Free parkings on Ferry Road in front of Goldenacre Play Field, around two minutes' walk to the apartment. A free parking space can't be guaranteed by host, it serves at first come first taken basis, also it is at guests' own responsibility. Limited parking spaces also available in front of the flat at from Monday to Friday 730am to 530pm fees applicable.
