A beautifully styled and very tastefully furnished 2nd floor apartment commanding wonderful views of the sea and the iconic cliffs stretching around to Beer. Located on the seafront in Seaton, Breakwater's superb position has been very much considered with a complimentary seaside theme in mind, the light and airy living areas perfect for taking in the views. A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings and care will be needed with small children when using the balcony. This second floor accommodation comprises of an pen plan lounge, dining and kitchen with steps up to a small balcony with sea views . Bed 1: Kingsize bed with ensuite shower room, Bed 2: Double bed, Bed 3: Twin beds and a bathroom with bath, shower over bath. A permit is provided for a public car park within a couple of minutes walk (no allocated space) and linen and towels are supplied.
