Louise and Steve took over The Gresham in 2021 and are working to upgrade and improve the whole property and in particular the guest rooms. They offer a warm and friendly welcome and hope you enjoy your stay.

Beach front location, only 5 minutes walk from the railway station and 10 minutes from the main bus stops. We offer bed & breakfast using locally sourced ingredients. There is no bar but guests are welcome to bring their own drinks and there are many bars, pubs and restaurants close by. The property was a Georgian Gentlemen's residence that has been converted around 100 years ago to a guest house. The rooms are different shapes and sizes and some have a small en suite bath/shower and others have an external, private bathroom. We have some rooms with sea views and some that look out over the rear of the property and we advise that you you call us if you want to check they type of rooms you have booked. Most of our rooms are located upstairs so we also advise making contact before making a reservation if you have any concerns about access.

Neighbourhood information

Weymouth has a range of shops from big name stores to small boutiques and gift shops. The beach and harbour are located very close to the town centre and the area is flat so easy for walking and pushchairs etc. Many guests park their cars and walk around the town during their stay as most pubs, restaurants in the town are close to our property.
