Greyfriars flat offers: WiFi, Freeview Smart Ffatscreen TV with Netflix iPlayer etc, Walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, fully equipped kitchen and tea/coffee making facilities. There is a sofa bed in the living room for children or a 3rd guest. Plenty of parking nearby, full bedding and towels provided. Key safe access for 24 hour arrival. A stones throw away from all city centre amenities, shops, supermarket, pubs, restaurants, parks, and a three minute walk to Perth Concert Hall & Perth Theatre. Please note, the flat is in the heart of the city centre and is entered via a close. Although rare, as a result, there may be some slight noise disturbance especially at the weekends. Please note, our flat is strictly non-smoking and any guests not adhering to this will be charged a £50.00 cleaning fee on departure.
