This charming cottage has recently been completely renovated and beautifully furnished to create a very comfortable and welcoming holiday property to enjoy at any time of the year. The composite deck out the front is a lovely spot for a coffee on a summer morning and the log burner is perfect for a cosy winters evening in. Located in a very central spot sitting just behind the Market Square you’re seconds from the towns’ shops, bars and restaurants yet feel far enough away from the hustle and bustle due to the properties elevated position. A flight of steps from the road takes you up to the private enclosed front deck. The front door opens straight into the cosy sitting room with wood burning stove. Stairs up to the first floor where you will find the brand-new kitchen/ diner. Off the kitchen is a small single bedroom with built in hanging space and access to the tiled family bathroom. Stairs from the dining area lead up to the second floor where you will find the further two bedrooms and shower room – the master bedroom has king size bed, she second bedroom is a twin room and shower room. There is a composite deck at the front of the cottage with outdoor furniture.

From the embankment you will find ferries to Kingswear or a longer walk will take you to the South West Coast Path which runs out the mouth of the river past Dartmouth Castle. Blackpool Sands is the closest beach, a 5-minute drive away in the village of Stoke Fleming.
