Our apartment has beautiful river views and is light and spacious. It has been recently refurbished throughout with new floors, kitchen, and bathroom. It is fabulously positioned close to the river which you can see from each floor to ceiling window and you can walk to it in under 1 minute. We love that we are 4 mins in car/bus or 25 min river walk from Hampton Court Palace and its main line Rail Station with connections to Wimbledon (19 mins), Clapham Junction (25 mins) and London Waterloo and the Southbank in 33-38 mins. 30-40 mins taxi/car from Heathrow and Gatwick Airport. Teddington, Kingston (10 mins) Richmond and Kew Gardens, Thorpe Park (25mins car away). Public transport links to them all on the doorstep.

Hello! My name is Vanda. My family and I have lived here for 5 years and absolutely love this leafy, river-side suburb of London as it has so much to offer those that love nature, history and socialising. It is ideal for lunch and nights out due to the plethora of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. London is only 30 mins away ( 33 mins direct to Waterloo and the Southbank) which is perfect when i need a culture fix amidst my life with young children! I love spending time with family and friends, going on adventures, reading, tennis and anything that means I'm out in nature. The 'Hampton Court Palace' area where our apartment is situated ( 5 mins from it by bus/car) is naturally very beautiful. A very safe, leafy, riverside neighbourhood with many beautiful Royal Parks within walking distance of the palace and its grounds. The area hosts a plethora of antique shops, little boutiques and pavement cafe eateries that creates a happy, holiday feel all year round. A real delightful place to visit with so much on the doorstep. The historic Hampton Court Palace hosts the RHS Flower Show, Open Air Luna Cinema events, Open Air Concerts and trade shows.
