Harbour Break is a light and airy apartment with a modern feel and sea views from the south facing balcony. You'll be just a stone’s throw from the beach, with Eastbourne and Pevensey easily within walking distance along the promenade. Sovereign Harbour with its many waterfront shops, bars and restaurants is less than a 10-minute walk away. Eastbourne is at the edge of the South Downs National Park, The Park's landscapes cover 1600km2 of breathtaking views and hidden gems, from rolling hills to bustling market towns. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, and has secure parking on the ground floor for one car. There is plenty of space outside the building for a second or larger vehicle. If bringing very young children, guests should be aware that the property is on the second floor and has a balcony and windows from the bedrooms. Please contact the owner for more details.

This property has been managed by ourselves, Kevin & Jan, since we brought the apartment in December 2018. We fell in love the apartment the first time we saw it, and as we knew the area well, decided straight away that this would make the ideal place for a relaxing break. I have over 30 years experience in the hospitality business, and having rented many cottages and apartments ourselves over the years, we are confident that we are able to provide a great experience for our visitors. Sovereign Harbour Marina has a wide range of shops restaurants pubs and cinema. The quiet shingle beach is ideal for swimming sailing or a spot of fishing and just a short drive from the property is the village of Pevensey with its striking castle now an English Heritage site. Further along the coast are the towns of Eastbourne and Bexhill-on-Sea. The Towner Gallery in Eastbourne is now a stylish contemporary art gallery and not to be missed. For animal lovers Drusilla's Park at Alfriston offers a great family day out with Lemurs, penguins and a family splash park Eastbourne Pier is just 3.5km from the apartment, with a 45 minute seafront walk. The town centre shops are then just a few more minutes further on. Sovereign Harbour waterfront bars and restaurants are only a 10 minute scenic walk around the harbour, with a shopping complex just a few more minutes away. A range of local shops can be found within 1 km on Beatty Rd. The Sovereign Centre (1.5 km) provides both swimming and fitness facilities for all the family.
