The house is detached with plenty of parking space in a quiet area set a mile back from the coastline. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin/double and a single with a double bed/settee in the lounge. Downstairs is open plan leading from the lounge through to the kitchen and separate dining area. There is a utility room off the kitchen where the washing machine and tumble dryer are housed and a freestanding fridge freezer. The kitchen has an additional fridge and a dishwasher for convenience whilst travelling away from home. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over and toilet and there is also a separate toilet downstairs. The bedrooms, although compact, are well equipped with plenty of hanging space and cupboards for suitcases. Holes Bay is a couple of minutes walk away and watersports can be booked at the nearby Marina at Cobbs Quay.
The house is in a quiet road with plenty of parking. The ground floor is mainly open plan with the lounge leading through to the dining area and kitchen and the utility room and cloakroom off to the side of the kitchen. The decor is simple and modern, designed for peace, chilling out and comfort. There is a small garden with a decking area with seating and room to have a BBQ.
Lovely quiet area close to Cobbs Quay on Holes Bay in Poole, Dorset. This is the home of watersports fans and nature lovers.
