Hebden Royd House is a beautiful end cottage located on the road up to Heptonstall near Hebden Bridge. There is off street parking for a large SUV or two small cars. The house has recently been decorated to a very high standard with a cosy lounge and wood fire. The beds are very comfortable I believe in Pocket Sprung mattresses as they give you the best nights sleep. Full central heating, roll top bath for bubbly baths and convenience of a modern shower and good quality towels provided. There is a Smart TV in the lounge for all your favourite programmes and films and free WiFi internet connection. There is a fully equipped kitchen so if you don't feel like going out you can make your own meals, There is also a recipe book available to help you create your very own master chef delight! Please be aware that the stairs to first and second floor are narrow and steep therefore not suitable if you have difficulties climbing stairs. Well behaved dogs are allowed , maximum two but must remain downstairs please. Families with children are welcome and there is a portable cot available for babies.

Hebden Bridge is known as the funkiest town in Europe, it has a very colourful and characterful reputation for delivering a unique experience. The people are super friendly and welcoming and the area has many beautiful country walks including the Hebden Loop which is located at the back of Hebden Royd House and Hard Castle Craggs, The Pennine and Calder Way. Heptonstall renowned for its beauty is just up the road and the poet Laureate Ted Hughes came from Hebden Bridge. There's many interesting and unique shops in town and many cafes and bars and restaurants selling everything from vegan burgers to hand crafted beers. The weekly markets sell many crafts made locally to tempt your purse. The tourist information centre is just past the cinema if you need any further information and they sell local maps so you can exercise the legs with relative ease. The Tour de Yorkshire regularly passes through Hebden bridge on its route through Yorkshire and there are many other festivals and events held throughout the year. You will never be bored in this quaint little town and I hope take away some happy memories and visit time and time again. You will be welcomed with open arms every time.
