With stunning views along the North Wales coast, and across the surrounding hills towards the beautiful Denbigh Moors we have a choice of ways for you to relax and enjoy your holiday. Visit Surf Snowdonia in the Conwy Valley, Bounce Below in a massive underground slate cavern at Blaenau Ffestiniog or Zip World at Bethesda travelling at up to 100 mph 500 feet above ground. Just a few of the many attractions North Wales has to offer all within easy reach of the cottage. Enjoy walking, bike riding, and nearby trout fishing. Play a round of golf at the nearby Golf Club in Abergele. Walk the 13th Century Castle in the historic town of Conwy, see the beautiful Bodnant Gardens at Tal-y-Cafn, Conwy Water Gardens and Dutch Pancake House, Anglesey Sea Zoo or the Welsh Mountain Zoo at Colwyn Bay. Take a gentle stroll through the country lanes and woodland surrounding the cottage. Relax on the patio and enjoy the sound of early morning birdsong (or in the evening if you are not an early riser!). Watch the sun set over the surrounding hills and fields at the end of the day, or even set your alarm clock for an early morning start and experience a spectacular sunrise.

On arrival guests will receive a warm welcome from both Jake and myself and shown around the property. Meeting new people and at times creating life long friendships make what we do a delight. We aim to provide our guests with as much information as possible on what this beautiful part of North Wales has to offer. So, whether you are here to relax and chill out or hit the road running and discover as much about the history and culture of North Wales as possible, we can point you in the right direction.

Henblas Holiday Cottage is a converted welsh barn built c1860 and located in the hills above the village of Rhyd y Foel, Llanddulas and the old market town of Abergele. Enjoy walking the country lanes around the cottage, stroll through the surrounding woodland, find your way down to the “tower” and take in the stunning views along the coastline. Vist Gwrych Castle just a few mins drive from the cottage, home to I'm A Celebrity Get me Out of Here in 2020. Eat out at our local restaurants and cafe's in Abergle and nearby Llanfair TH, Rhuddlan, Colwyn Bay and Conwy. Booking is currently recommended. Stroll along the nearby beaches and dip your toe in the water !! or just sit back and enjoy the views.
