Located on the first floor of a stylish new-build property, the apartment is less than ten minute’s walk from the city centre. Beautifully furnished to combine luxury with practicality, Sarsen is ideal for families, groups of friends or business visitors who want a bit of space. It has a fully-equipped kitchen-living room with a 42-inch TV and sofa bed. The two bedrooms each have super king size 'zip and link' beds that can be split to create twin beds where wanted. There is one ensuite bathroom and one family bathroom. Super-fast broadband and wifi is available throughout. The apartment has private parking with CCTV.

Part of a stylish new development, the property is conveniently placed a stones' throw from great local shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. For the quickest route into the centre cross the River Avon at Midland Bridge just round the corner from the property, where there is a large supermarket for anyone wishing to stock up on food and drink. There is also a covered market in a former railway station on the same site, fun for meandering and picking up some local produce or other trinkets. For a scenic but longer route into the centre, follow the riverside footpath all the way to Pulteney Bridge. Even closer to the apartment, on Lower Bristol Road is the Green Park Tavern, a friendly pub which serves great food. A couple of minutes in the other direction is Burgers and Barrels, a bar and burger joint with a sensational homemade burger selection. For a quick lunch family run cafe, The Lunch Company, will not disappoint. A convenience store just a hundred yards from the front door sells household essentials such as bread, milk and eggs.
