Herons Reach is a lovely barn conversion Located on Dittisham Court in the heart of Dittisham. Enjoying views of the river Dart and up to Dartmoor from the large front windows and front deck. This reverse level holiday cottage is pet friendly and is perfect for exploring the local area on foot. Herons Reach is just a short walk from the village shop and local pub and a ten-minute walk to the quayside. Guests have access to the 4 acres of communal grounds and 2 allocated parking spaces. The front door opens into the super, bright open plan living area; with high roof trusses and exposed beams maintaining its barn origins. The lounge area with sofas, TV and DVD is located at the near end of the room making most of the views from the front windows. The well-equipped kitchen area is at the rear of the room with electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, washing machine/tumble dryer and microwave. The dining area comfortably seats four people. Downstairs are the two well sized double bedrooms, both with 4’6” beds, pine furniture and built in wardrobes. On the same floor there is the family bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin. + WC
