All properties offer fantastic access to the towns treasure's including the many cafés and restaurants, the beaches and of course the beautiful sea. Oh, and all our guests benefit from an early check in of 4pm on the day of their arrival. Our team of Housekeepers and Property Managers are all local should you need to call for any assistance with anything.  We love that Saltwater Escapes' properties have become a home from home for many of our customers who have stayed with us year after year and are making traditions of their own and memories to treasure.

A secret gem! Newly renovated Grade II listed sailors loft on one of the oldest streets in Brixham with a unique outdoor space, stunning harbour views and a complimentary parking permit. As you open the gate set into the old stone wall of one of the most characterful streets in Brixham, you step through into what feels like a secret garden and are immediately captivated by the outstanding views from the unique outdoor space. This wonderfully positioned cottage places you in the heart of the town with views of the inner harbour that stretch right round to the Breakwater and the colour washed cottages beyond. Stone steps lead you down to the entrance of this 2 bed property which is arranged over two levels. Having undergone a refurbishment both inside and outside in November 2019, High Hopes now offers all the modern comforts we know our guests love. You will feel like you have your own box at the theatre as you look out and enjoy the sounds of Brixham Town Band playing under the Old Fish Market in summer evenings. High Hopes is pet friendly and is the perfect base for all 4 legged friends to explore the surrounding coastal paths and beaches.
