The apartment is located on the first floor of a Victorian Terrace, in a quite residential road. Ther are a flight of stairs to the flat and no lift. The key safe is located outside the front door above the intercom system. The Apartment has been recently decorated and refurbished, brand new bed and bedding. We love spending time there, it is a comfortable space, with a fully fitted kitchen and a full size bath in the bathroom, NO SHOWER as the water pressure is not good. It is close to the town and local amenities, there is a Tesco Express and a Fish and Chip shop at the end of the road, with a bus stop right outside. The Railway station is on the main line to London or spend the day in sunny Broadstairs if you take the train the in the other direction Please note that there is NO SHOWER, only a bath. Bubble Bath is provided for you to enjoy. There is off street parking available for 1 car to the rear of the property located in Herne Avenue, although there is plenty of parking on the road side outside the property.

It is a quiet residential area, about a 7 minute walk to the beach, there is a small arcade and a few children's rides and a crazy golf there during the summer months. The town has an array of shops, pubs and restaurants
