Holiday Home Epworth is a large 6 bed detached property offering comfortable accommodation for small and large groups. The front driveway offers parking for at least three cars and a further grassed area for more parking. The house has a large lounge with ample space for entertaining a large group , there is also an electric piano. Leading from the lounge is a garden room which has further seating and a smart TV which has freeview channels. The Garden room has double doors which lead out to an enclosed garden. The garden includes a partio area with comfortable rattan furniture . In addition, on the ground floor, there is a large hallway with space under the stairs to hang coats, there is a downstairs cloak room, a large dining table and a separate fully fitted kitchen with a separate utility.
