The Studio is in secluded garden, backing onto farmland. Huge living accommodation with dining area and separate kitchen that opens up into another seating area with BBQ. A huge American fridge in the kitchen. There are beautiful views from the mezzanine bedroom skylights onto open fields. There is a local pub not 50 yes away, that offers good homecooked food and I am told good beer! Although this property is in a small village. There are many county towns not too far away. Shrewsbury offering many eating opportunities. The theatre and river walks. If you are a golfer, there are six within a five mile radius. Many lovely local walks. If you are more strenuous. The Wrekin will give you a good heart rate. Fishing is also nearby as well as horse riding. You could also just sit in the garden with a nice bottle of wine and BBQ! 'If sun shining that is'. Nearby is Iron Bridge a World Heritage Site. well worth a visit.......

Have live in Sambrook for many years, almost lost count. My main hoboes are painting furniture and travelling. Started painting before it became fashionable, many years ago. Started in the kitchen with a junk shop find. Sold it when friends came to dinner, and it went from there. Forty years on still doing it. Painting now is usually commission work. love interiors and fabrics, always changing my curtains. Travelling is one of my favourite things to do. Have spent many months living in China. Travelling also to Australia and NewZealand. One of my many joys is entertaining friends and cooking good food and making them welcome in my home as I hope visitors will feel the same.

The village of Sambrook is small but not too far from anything. Local Pub across the road from 'The Studio' With good food. This a farming area. Newport is five miles away with supermarkets and most things you may need. Even a library and swimming pool. Lots of walks, there is a small walk round the lane, about a mile. Which is in the village itself.
