Holmdale House is a fabulous, spacious completely modernised Victorian house, located in the heart of Sidmouth along a quiet walkway within 200 yards of the beach, shops, indoor swimming pool, cinema and theatre. The owner has taken great care and attention providing top quality furnishings and decor throughout. This is the perfect holiday cottage for any time of the year and has it's own private parking space. ACCOMMODATION: Entrance hall leading to a spacious living area with comfortable seating and dining area, feature fireplace with electric fire. Wood effect flooring. Well equipped kitchen with utility room and cloakroom with WC. Rear enclosed south facing courtyard with patio furniture and pedestrian access. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. A good size single bedroom. Shower room with large walk in shower, hand basin and WC. On the second floor the bedroom has twin beds with dormer window . A private parking space for one car on the Mill Street car park.
