For Sat Nav please always use LA3 1NR to reach us Our home is yours too during your stay, and we want you to feel as comfortable as you do in your own space so please ask if there’s anything we can do for you We are a pet friendly home and have Dinks (14) our gentle, friendly dog and Lillie (12) our soft hearted cat The bathroom says 'shared' but unless you are staying for three or more days we won't have any need for it as we have our own washroom. If you are a longer stay we only need occasional use of the shower when you are out exploring Please feel free to use our kitchen and make yourself at home in our lounge Our garden which you overlook, across onto the beach, is also yours to use, as is our front patio area where you can sit and watch the amazing sunsets while taking in a spot of people watching as they quietly walk by along the promenade Our listing is a HomeStay so not all the amenities are in your room like a B&B would have because it is open house. The sea views are from the lounge, kitchen and your bedroom & the sunsets are amazing We don't have a dining table but you are very welcome to eat in the lounge, using lap trays or our large coffee table/blanket box

You are very close in both directions to anything you will need during your stay and we are more than happy to point you to our favourite eateries and shopping facilities There is a bus route at the top of the hill so you don't need to be a walker to enjoy a car free day Morecambe Train Station is only a short distance along the sea front and connecting trains to Lancaster will take you pretty much anywhere you wish to go while you are based with us
