We are a family friendly run B&B that goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed ad that you have a comfortable stay. The whole place had been decorated with a modern feel, full of vibrant colours mixed with the warmth of natural wood. Jerome cooks a delicious breakfast which is sure to please anyone. Howe Keld is a very short walk into town as well as down to the lake shore so a perfect location.

We are keen walkers and love the outdoors. We also have a passion for interior décor which we hope shows in our B&B and look forward to giving you a warm welcome!!

Keswick is a bustling market town which is full of quirky independent shops along with an abundance of outdoor shops and its popular market twice a week. The main attraction is the beautiful scenery and Derwentwater (which can be explored by foot, boat or bus) There is also the Theatre by the lake which put on a variety of brilliant shows throughout the year.
