Bright, modern, spacious property in a quiet street in the heart of an established community in the city of Inverness. Lovingly renovated, this property features many bespoke fittings that give this home a uniquely tranquil and welcoming feel. Off-street parking for 2 cars is provided and the City centre is a 15 minute walk, making this an excellent base to explore Inverness and the surrounding areas. Close to Loch Ness and is within driving distance of the North and West Coasts and the NC500.

I am a warm and friendly Highland lassie, interested in meeting new people, a lover of nature, wildlife and local folklore and sacred sites. Knowledgeable about the local area, wild foraging and on hand and happy to offer guests ongoing tips and advice.

The house is situated on a quiet street in a friendly area of Inverness known as Old Hilton. It is a 15 minute walk to city centre. A 2 minute walk from the property is a local co-op grocery store, a post office, 2 cafes Utopia and The Lighthouse. Utopia is a vibrant cafe with a scrumptious menu, cakes and barista. The Lighthouse offers more traditional fare. Both cafes cater for dietary requirements and are worth a visit if you don't want to cook. There is also a church close by that welcomes anyone to services. The local supermarkets Asda and Tesco are within 5 minutes drive, Rollerbowl bowling alley and Inshes retail park with shops close by.
