Louth is a beautiful little market town with wonderful Georgian streets and many fine buildings one of which is the stunning 295-ft St James’s Church which is open for visitors to climb the stairs to see Louth from a birds eye view. Other buildings include the theatre, art deco cinema and a huge range of quirky shops with plenty of restaurants and pubs. Take the gentle walk along the river at Hubbards Hills a beauty spot that never fails to delight visitors of all ages no matter what the time of year. Nearby is Cadwell Park, one of the countries most challenging motor racing circuits which makes a great family day out. There is horse riding, gliding and fishing and Louth boasts not one but two fantastic golf courses. Many lovely beaches a short drive away and a chance to see the seals at Donna Nook if you visit between November and January.
