Hi We are Norm and Lou, you are looking at our families holiday home on the Isle of wight and we love it. This is the second Caravan we have owned on the Island the first being when our kids were smaller, we bought this one so we could bring our grandchildren over and show them what a fantastic place it is. We have made it a home from home for us, so hopefully you will feel it is a home from home for you. We absolutely adore the deck area, and we have a table and chairs on there for Al fresco dinning, and also a couple of easy chairs and a small table to enjoy the evening sun and a cool drink. Inside the Caravan we hope we have thought of most things for you, toys for the little ones, a free-view flat screen TV, DVD's for when the weather isn't what we hoped for, we even put bottle coolers in the fridge for when you want to take a bottle of wine outside, and a couple of Gin Bowels, I love a tipple and mermaid Gin is lovely. Our van may not be five star luxury but it is our home on the Island and we love it, and hope you will love it too. Our kids do and so do their kids, I hope your kids will love it as much as they do. ENJOY!
Hi We love the Isle of wight probably more than any other place we have been to, don't get me wrong, we love travelling, but its the Island that is our second home, and we love sharing it with our guests. when you get to the van you will find a little folder listing all the places we love the most, being such a small Island, nothing is more then a 30 - 40 minute drive away at worst, but the drive isn't a chore as the scenery is so fantastic we have been travelling to the Island now for 15 years on and off, and we are still finding places that we have never been before, even last year we discovered steep-hill Cove, Just the most Idyllic place you can visit and is now a must visit stop every time we go there, if the weather is kind you could be in the Caribbean, that is just one of the things that makes the Island so adorable, not to mention, the ferry trip, (an adventure in itself). They say the Island is like stepping back in time, but its so much more than that, its like a living breathing de-stressing Island, I step on the ferry and no matter what is going on in my life at the time I just feel totally relaxed, and hope you will to.
