I have been welcoming guests to properties in Edinburgh for over 4 years now and I love it. I have received so many lovely comments over the years and, let's hope I don't jinx things by saying this, I have only ever had great guests! I now have a number of properties that I manage on behalf of owners, and have started a small management company called 'Beautiful Holiday Homes' so if the first property you enquire about isn't available for some reason then I will always try and help by suggesting another lovely property if there is one available. I work in both marketing and property, have done for over 12 years. I have also done a fair amount of restaurant reviewing over the last few years so happy to make recommendations :)

Everything is on your doorstep, no need to ever take a taxi once you have the keys as you can walk everywhere. Edinburgh’s stunning cityscape is one of dramatic contrasts. The New Town (where this flat is situated) is an incredibly safe area of refined elegance, whereas the Old Town (a short walk) is an area of tangled medieval streets, these two complementary parts of the city offer visitors countless fascinating historical and cultural attractions. You couldn't be in a better location to enjoy everything Edinburgh has to offer. Worth mentioning that on Friday after 5.30pm there is free parking near the flat until Monday morning at 8.30am. Also daily between the hours of 5.30pm-8.30am parking is free, between 8.30am and 5.30pm weekdays parking is pay and display.
