A one bedroom, first floor apartment in a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in central Bath - great value for money!!! Overlooking the River Avon, the apartment consists of a double room, plus sofa bed in the lounge, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom. The location is perfect for a city break for couples, a small family or group as it is just a stone's throw from all the sights and attractions that Bath has to offer. The town centre is only a five minute walk, whilst Victoria Park, The Royal Crescent and the Roman Baths can be reached within 10-15 minutes. Across the river from the house there is a large Sainsbury’s where you can do all of your grocery shopping. Bath Spa train station is a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. However there are taxis available outside of the station if you would prefer not to walk! As the apartment has recently been refurbished and is a work in progress, we are offering our new guests fabulous discounted rates whilst we continue our work and growing experiences as hosts.
