Car park permit for one car. Sleeps 4+1 (cot or adult z bed) Jubilee View apartment is a spacious modern conversion of an old Victorian building on the seafront completed in 2008. The apartment is on the second floor side and rear of the building with a partial sea view from the lounge window. There is a lift to all floors. Sound reduction double glazing. The lounge/diner is light and airy measuring 13'5 x 15'2 max, with an adjoining kitchen 11'7 x 10'6. Lounge has 3 seater leather sofa plus 2 matching armchairs, table and chairs for 5, BT broadband, smart TV with Netflix and DVD. Kitchen has family sized fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Master bedroom with kingsize bed measures 11'10 x 10'3, 2nd bedroom with twin beds measures 11'10 x 11'7. Bathroom has bath with shower over, WC and basin, plus perching stool and bath-board. Travel cot and highchair for baby. Z bed suitable for small adult or child.

We regularly use the apartment as a holiday home and like to see other holiday makers have opportunity to have a beachside holiday in Weymouth. The apartment is designed for family use and for people with restricted mobility. All the beds are made up and the apartment professionally cleaned after each visit. There is a travel cot, high chair and narrow z bed. Please bring your own cot bedding and beach towels.

For older children and adults there are sailing, surfing, diving, fishing activities plus golf, tennis and horse riding available. Weymouth is well served by a wide variety of restaurants, from fish and chips to high class dinning. Please note our apartment is in a lively area and during holiday times parking can be difficult. Our permit covers H zone for one car. Extra parking permits are available from Weymouth town council.
