A stylish Victorian 2 bedroom retreat offering 5* amenities, in a quiet location with on-street parking just a 5-10 minute walk from Stratford-upon-Avon town centre. The house has been completely redecorated and is newly available from Spring 2019. We will do everything we possibly can to make your visit special. The house consists of a cosy sitting room with smart TV, leading to a kitchen-diner with dining table with 4 seats and a breakfast bar with 2 stools. The kitchen accommodates an electric hob, oven, microwave/grill, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a wide range of equipment. Tri-fold doors open to a lovely courtyard garden, featuring table and chairs with sunshade, barbecue, and tasteful lighting. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is at the back of the house, and provides a luxurious king-size (UK) bed - with bedside lamps and USB sockets. There is a full length mirror and a dressing table with hairdryer. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms offer plenty of storage. The bathroom includes a separate shower and corner bathtub. There is free Wi-Fi throughout.

The property is on a quiet residential street with on-street parking (we supply a permit during your stay). Holy Trinity Church, and the River Avon is at the end of our road (5 min walk). The rest of town is a pleasant 10 minute walk from the front door - either through Old Town, or along the river. As well as easy access to town, there are excellent walking and cycling routes close by, and we detail this in the supplied house guide. Cycle hire is available at the start of the "Greenway" trail, which is 5 minutes' walk away. There is an excellent local shop less than 5 minutes' walk away and local supermarkets also offer delivery services (we can help you to arrange this).
