This charming property with pretty cottage gardens both to the front and back, has many traditional features and is tastefully furnished and styled with a comfortable but modern aspect.

A short stroll from the cottage is the 15th Century gastro pub The Queens Head (dogs are welcome), and the village also provides a local post office and general stores and an Antique shop. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside, offering lots of opportunities for great walks, such as the stunning seven mile stretch of golden sands and dunes at Camber or the glorious Fairlight Country Park for woodland walks. Nearby is the ancient town of Rye, famous for its cobbled streets and Antique shops and where you can catch a movie at the Kino cinema.
