The property is a log cabin nestled in the picturesque village of Strathyre. Located on a private country Estate, the cabin is the ideal place to relax and take in the breath taking beauty of the nearby hills. The cabin is a comfortable home away from home. On the banks of the River Balvaig you have private access to fish the River, just a stone's throw from the cabin. You can also make use of the nearby cycle tracks which lead you to the stunning nearby scenery. An ideal base for hillwalking and outdoor activities. We are 2 miles from Loch Earn outdoor sports where you can kayak, knee board, water ski or wake surf. Nearby day trips to Aberfoyle, Callander or Killin are easily accessible by car. The falls of dochart in Killin are well worth a visit. If you fancy afternoon tea and a spa treatment then Forest Hills Resort in Aberfoyle is not too far away.
