Leonard Rees inherited Cerbid Farm at the age of 17, then 10 years later ceased farming to convert the farm buildings into holiday cottages. For nearly 20 years there was a small portfolio of Cerbid cottages plus a small selection of other nearby cottages. The apartment is family-friendly and situated in the heart of Tenby town - making it an ideal location to explore one of Wales' favourite holiday destinations - mere metres away from some of the most special and well-loved beaches and streets in all of Wales. The two bedrooms sleep a maximum of 4. There is 1 kingsize bedroom with ensuite toilet, two bedside cabinets, dresser, wardrobe space and ottoman, the room offers partial sea views. The second bedroom is a twin room with two singles. Poised above Tenby's iconic harbour, in a top floor apartment giving elevated views of Tenby town and the coastline which stretches across to Saudersfoot's Monkstone point. Kemendine Harbour view is a top-floor apartment, where there are several flights of stairs that lead to the apartment's entrance. In the summer months, the centre of Tenby becomes pedestrianised. Kemendine Harbour View is located just outside the exclusion zone, but due to the pedestrianisation, the one-way street becomes two-way.

Tenby is a harbour town and resort in the south of Pembrokeshire. It’s known for its 13th-century town walls and its stretches of sandy shoreline, including 4 beaches, including the 2019 Time's 'Beach of the Year', Castle Beach. The ruins of Tenby Castle are on a headland overlooking the harbour, out to Carmarthen Bay. Exhibits at Tenby Museum and Art Gallery include a 16th-century wrought-iron cannon, which looks out to St. Catherine's island, and further out to Caldey Island. Despite its size, Tenby plays host to the annual Ironman Wales triathlon competition each September, where the population of the town swells to three times its size, with competitors from all over the world taking part.
