Kew House is a contemporary B&B based within a traditional Victorian terrace. Modern facilities in a characterful building.

Owned and run by Ian and Alan for 23 years and helped by loyal staff, we pride ourselves in anticipating guest needs and have a wealth of knowledge about the best places to eat and drink as well as the easiest ways to get around the city.

The Roseburn and Murrayfield area is situated on the main route from the West, North and Edinburgh Airport and has some peaceful parks and walks nearby including easy access to the Water of Leith Walkway and it's secluded route through the city centre to Leith. Walking to the city is a leisurely, flat stroll of between 15 and 20 minutes but buses can get you there easily in around 5-10 minutes. Edinburgh Zoo is nearby, Murrayfield Rugby Stadium as well as two good golf courses, but it is the ability to walk easily from the city bustle yet easily access the bars, restaurants and amenities if and when you need them that makes the location so good for visitors.
