Situated in Charminster, Bournemouth this spacious and modern 5 bedroom home sleeps up to 9 persons max and is ideally located for visitors to Bournemouth. The house is a 20 minute walk in to Bournemouth town centre and a 10 minutes walk to Bournemouth train and bus station. Free on street parking is available directly outside the property. The house is fully equipped to ensure that every guest receives a 'home from home' experience and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, fridges, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer. In the living room a flat screen TV is provided with Virgin Cable channels and pay-per-view available on demand. Free wi-fi is available throughout the property. The dining area seats up to 6 persons and the living room is furnished with leather sofas to seat 6. Towels and bed linen are provided in each bedroom for your convenience. Kings House is perfectly located for a relaxing & comfortable stay in Bournemouth. It is just a 10 minute walk from the Bournemouth bus & train terminals which provide transport to all local and national destinations. Kings House is located in a quiet and residential street on the outskirts of Bournemouth town centre in the cosmopolitan suburb of Charminster, where you will find a vast array of international restaurants, cafe bars, eateries, and many wine bars open until the early hours. There is a Tesco Local supermarket for all those household essentials. There is a large supermarket within a 10 min walk. Queens Park Golf Course is only a short stroll away and is set within beautiful pine woodlands and acres of mature heather and gorse. There is a childrens play park a short walk away. Bournemouth town centre is approx a 20 min walk away or 5 min car journey. You may wish to walk through Bournemouth Pleasure Gardens and through to the seafront. Alternatively you could visit the BH1 Complex and maybe watch a film after a bite to eat in one of the many eateries available here. The Oceanarium is located on the Pier approach.
