The Kingston Estate is a magnificent 15-acre countryside estate, set in the heart of beautiful South Devon. Nestled in an uninterrupted and peaceful location in stunning South Hams, we are one of Devon’s best-kept secrets! The Kingston Estate has been occupied for centuries, the house was built in 1735, a Grade II listed building considered by many historians to be one of the finest surviving Georgian residencies in Devon. Our nine luxury five-star boutique cottages are situated around the picturesque courtyard & peaceful grounds of the estate, of which our guests are free to explore. Since acquiring the estate in 2013, we, a local family, have worked meticulously to maintain the estates natural charm and elegance, whilst continually striving to create one of Devon’s finest holiday retreats.
