The bus stop is about 50 yards up the road allowing travel around the Lake District without needing to drive.

We are aout 4 miles from Grasmere and Windermere and the bus stop is about 50 yards up the road giving easy access to nearby villages. Lake Windermere is less than a mile away and there are many spectacular walks starting from Ambleside.
