This was the first one-bed apartment we took on and we were absolutely thrilled to have found it. A warm, bright & comfy home situated in the heart of Kennet Island - with a balcony overlooking the Plaza, this apartment also comes with 2 free parking spaces! You can choose the bed setup in the bedroom as we have a king size bed that can split into singles - One king or two singles. The living room also has a sofa bed. The modern neighbourhood is well situated, close to Reading Town Centre and to the M4 motorway.
Based on the new development of Kennet Island, the neighbourhood is quiet, clean and friendly. It's a 5-minute drive from the centre of town, and a 5-minute drive to the M4 junction and to Green Park. There is also a major supermarket, a petrol station, Pure gym and some local pubs and restaurants, less than 10 minutes' walk away. In Kennet Island itself there is a small square with a convenience store, cafe, bus stop and a play park 1 minutes' walk away.
