Our duplex apartment is situated in the heart of the city on the pedestrianised High St with all the shops, restaurants and bars only metres away and right next to the cobbled street of Steep Hill which leads up to the historic Castle & Cathedral. The aparment has been newly modernised and has 2 large bedrooms, each with its own en suite, a spacious open plan lounge diner with sofa, 43 Inch smart TV, playstation, and a variety of board games. The fitted kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster coffee maker, fridge, freezer, pots, pans, cuttlery,, plates , cups and glassess. Not need to bring any towels, shampoo, shower gel, soaps or even a hairdryer as we have them too. The apartment is situated on the first floor please be aware that there are some stairs to climb.

The apartment in right in the centre of Lincoln City, so no need for a car although there are car parks close by.. All the shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, wine bars and historic sites are within throwing distance. There is also a Tesco Express only 20 metres away.
