Sympathetically restored, spotlessly clean apartment in a fine original 200 year old Georgian building which overlooks the River Wharfe in the heart of the scenic and exclusive Yorkshire village of Boston Spa. The relaxing accomodation includes two large, flexible dble bedrooms, spacious lounge and dining area, new bathroom and well equipped & provisioned kitchen plus 2 private parking spaces. Great shops, restaurants, wine bars and cosy coffee shops are two minutes walk away. Enjoy a quiet evening in or lively evening out. Double bedroom number one can be made up with either two comfortable single beds or one super-comfy king size bed and the second double bedroom contains a large double bed. Fresh bedding and towels are provided for each new guest. The spacious lounge has a large corner sofa and stylish dining table and chairs for relaxing and socialising and also has a large flat screen smart TV for great viewing. Wifi is available free to all guests. Fresh bedding and towels are provided for each new guest. *As responsible hosts, we deep clean and disinfect all surfaces and handles between guest stays.

Hi, i'm Matthew and I live locally with my wife Lynn. Our children Nicholas, Bryony and Georgia are all grown up and live in London and they visit us all the time, often staying at 'Number One'. Bryony is married to Andrew and they have Arlo (2) our first gorgeous grandchild. We have a little dog called Bailey and we love taking him for walks in the local countryside. We really enjoy keeping fit by cycling, running and walking locally. It is amazing to meet so many lovely people from all over the UK and the world who come to stay with us at 'Little Haven'!

'Little Haven' nestles snuggly between the bridge over the River Wharfe on one side and the busy wine bars and restaurants in the town centre being less than a minutes walk away from each. In the daytime enjoy beautiful river walks or maybe a day trip to nearby Wetherby or Harrogate and in the evening enjoy the vibrant restaurant and bar scene. Boston Spa also provides a great stopover to break your end to end journey situated, as it is, only 1 mile from the A1(M) junction. Boston Spa lies close to the M1 and is centrally located between Harrogate, York and Leeds. The famous brewery town of Tadcaster is 5 minutes away by car. Wetherby Racecourse is nearby and historic houses and estates including Fountains Abbey, Harewood House, Bramham Park and Newby Hall are all within easy reach as are the Yorkshire Dales. Any or all of these will provide a great day out. Desirable wedding venues including Woodhall Spa, Rudding Park and ‘The Normans’ at Bilborough all lie very close by.
