Little Mill is a detached cottage, situated on the land surrounding the owner's working farm, in the small village of Manafon near Llanfair Caereinion. The cottage can sleep four people in one double and one twin bedroom on the first floor. The ground floor has an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living area, as well as a ground floor shower room. Outside there is ample off-road parking and a side garden with large summerhouse, hot tub, lawned area and furniture. Little Mill is the perfect retreat for a countryside holiday in a splendid location.

The town of Llanfair Caereinion is built upon the site of an old Roman fort, in the valley of the River Banwy. It is a thriving town built around The Church of St Mary, with several high street banks, a Post Office, two supermarkets, and a selection of three different pubs. The annual Llanfair Caereinion Carnival is very popular with locals, and proceeds through the town with a full parade of floats and dancing troupes, providing a Rio carnival atmosphere.
