Within short driving distances are the internationally renowned artist’s colony at St Ives, the famous tidal island and castle of St Michael’s Mount, historical county city of Truro and the bustling harbor of Falmouth, as well numerous picturesque fishing ports and harbors. When you're not discovering stunning local sights you can relax in the private garden. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped and the luxury beds will give you a comfortable and nights sleep. We love to hike across the stunning cliff tops and along the beautiful beaches or across the rolling countryside. If the weather is good we will stop for a picnic and swim in the sea. If you need any help or information we are available and can recommend places to visit, walks, restaurants and are happy to share our local knowledge with you.

We are situated in a quiet village just outside of Helston but in a central position to explore Cornwall. The Lizard peninsula is a short distance away and is great for hiking. St Michael's Mount is just 10 miles away and the beautiful town of St Ives just 13 miles. Just behind the house is the engine house of an old mine (an impressive sight you will see all over Cornwall). The nearest pub is a couple of minutes drive in Crowntown and provides huge meals and a great pint of Cornish Rattler! In Helston (4.5 miles away) there is Sainsbury's, Tesco, Lidl and many smaller local shops, as well as a great fish and chip shop (Janes).
