The house has been in our family since the 1950's. It is a Grade II listed building. The apartment is in a conservation area on the promenade in St. Georges Square overlooking the Pier, Great Orme, Promenade and Sea. The apartment is on the second floor. We have Now TV with Entertainment and Movies. WiFi. You access the property from Back South Parade behind south parade. There is a new 3 Seater sofa (pull down bed) in the TV area. The walkers needed more than the dining table after a day's trekking.

I have lived in Llandudno for some years. I attended school here and have good local knowledge. I am a member of the local Ramblers if you need any tips for a good walk. We live on site so it's convenient for your key collection and if you have any issues when you stay. There are lots of outdoor things to do and more arriving all the time like Zip World and the Surf Centre in Dolgarrog. If you like the outdoors Llandudno is a great spot for getting to Snowdonia and the mountains. Llandudno hosts some great bars and restaurants after a good day out. Enjoy!

There are 4 car parks starting at 150 metres away. We are close to shops, bars and restaurants. Taxi rank is close 100m and bus stops. The town is still seasonal so it's easier to park and quieter after August. Round the corner you have Sainsbury's, Smiths & Post office, Bars and restaurants.
