Self contained two en-suite bedroomed rural/coastal annex surrounded by countryside, a short distance from the River Hamble. Guests have full use of the annex, with a separate entrance to the main house. There is ample off-road parking. It comprises of two ensuite bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom one has a king size bed with French doors and a Juliette balcony, bedroom two has a king size bed. Downstairs, there is a large living room with an open fire and there will be logs to get you started. It has its own kitchen/diner and utility room, which is also the entrance to the property. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, sink, freezer and small fridge. The kitchen is well equipped for four people and has a fridge, a double oven and a four ring induction hob. There are great views all around, with horses grazing

We enjoy living by the coast and never feel more relaxed than when watching the waves or sailing. It’s so peaceful and there is so much wildlife living around us. It’s not unusual to see deer in the garden, along with rare birds and bats. When people come and stay they are often reluctant to leave. We are close to so many different things to do. Walks are abundant, to the local beach or pub, the UK Cycle Route goes past the front of the house, we see the Red Arrows fly over when they come to Cowes Week and we are a stones throw away from the River Hamble and the Solent.

There are many restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance and you can reach Hook/Warsash shore line within a 10 minute walk. It’s on UKCR2, near Solent Way and next to Hook-with-Warsash Nature Reserve. We’re close to Warsash Maritime Academy, Warsash Superyacht Academy, NATS, ONS and the National Maritime Operations Centre. Fareham is the nearest town and we’re between Portsmouth and Southsea, with its Naval base and history, and the home of Clipper and Southampton’s cruise ships, shopping & history.
