Our guest house is in a nearly 200 years' old building with a lot of original featured decorations.

This is a family running guest house. We welcome all our guests from all over the world.

Within 5-10 mins' walking distance, you can reach Arthur's Seat (hill), Holyrood Park, Royal Commonwealth Pool, Edinburgh University Conference Centre (Pollock Hall), University student accommodation, Meadows, Queen's Hall (theatre), King's Hall (theatre), Summer Hall (theatre) and various restaurants and pubs/bars. You can also walk to the centre attactions in about 20-30 mins or take frequent buses in 5-10 mins. The central attractions are including Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile, National Museum, Holyrood Palace, Calton Hill, Princes Street, Old College, etc. There are direct buses from outside our guest house to Edinburgh Royal Botanic Garden, Rosslyn Chapel, Royal Britannia, Edinburgh Zoo, Craigmillar Castle, New Town, Dean Village, Water of Leith etc. There is also a direct Airport shuttle bus (Skylink 300) available right outside the guest house. Edinburgh Royal Infirmary is also within easy reach distance by 10 mins' driving or 15 mins' bus.
