This Cozy, newly refurbished Doublex Apartment is ideal for those looking to experience all that Edinburgh has to offer. Centrally located, you’ll find yourself within short walking distance of all the major attractions (including Holyrood Palace, The Royal Mile and Calton Hill, Leith shore, Dean Village amongst others). There is also a wide variety of bars, grocery stores and shopping opportunities just a short walk from the properties' front door. The apartment features three bedrooms, one of which has its own ensuite. Each bedroom features a double bed made of high quality wood, bedside cabinet ad wardrobe. The living room got a sofabed The bathrooms are beautiful (as you can see from the pictures). The kitchen comes fully equipped, including washing machine/ Dryer to make sure you’re kept fresh on the go. The living room features stunning views overlooking Leith water and Stockbridge which can be us. It also contains a 55” TV if you find yourself needing a bit of downtime after a long day of sightseeing! I take pride in the appearance of all my properties and will ensure fresh bedding, towels and shampoo etc are provided for all guests. In addition to what I have listed above the flat also features free high speed fiberoptic WiFi and full central heating.
