A bright & spacious modern guesthouse just outside Falmouth and surrounded by beautiful countryside. There are two rooms available, sleeping up to 4 guests. The deluxe double room has an ensuite bathroom and balcony, and the standard twin/double has a bathroom shared with the owner. Guests will have access to all the shared spaces, which includes a well-equipped kitchen, open plan dining and living area with TV, HIFI & PS4, garden, BBQ & outdoor gym. The house is right next to Falmouth Golf Course, half a mile from several beaches and just a few minutes from the bustle of Falmouth's quirky shops, eclectic events & profusion of amazing independent cafes & award-winning restaurants. This is the perfect spot for holidays to Cornwall. Not only because of its access to beautiful, safe beaches and popular Falmouth town, but the immediate setting is so peaceful with glorious countryside views that stretch for miles. The huge amount of glass in the house provides a great vantage point of the view, private garden & wildlife. The private double room has a higher vantage point through their windows which open onto a decked balcony; perfect for breakfast.

It's advisable to have a car in Cornwall as public transport can be limiting, however, there is a bus stop at the end of the lane giving access to beach, shops and train station (Penmere or Falmouth Town are the closest Train stations to the house) within a couple of minutes. You can also take a ride on the frequent boat taxis to St. Mawes in the Roseland and the Cathedral City of Truro. Other Falmouth Water Taxi destinations include Penryn Quay, Flushing, Mylor, Tolvern and Trelissick. The closest airport is Newquay at about a 40 minute drive.
