Our Welsh family business started 60 years ago in 1961. We specialise in providing Quality Cottages holiday cottage holidays throughout Wales. Leonard Rees inherited Cerbid Farm at the age of 17, then 10 years later ceased farming to convert the farm buildings into holiday cottages. For nearly 20 years there was a small portfolio of Cerbid cottages plus a small selection of other nearby cottages. We always have and always will continue to promote a high standard of property with caring owners. Our local team members live and breathe Wales. We have accumulated expert knowledge of Wales, its geography, and history, unrivaled in our industry. Presently, there are around 30 of us in the Quality Cottages team, who managed over 700 properties in Wales (Quality Cottages) and also Glamping structures all over the UK, under our Quality Unearthed brand.

Located just 200 yards from the finest array of restaurants and cafes, yet in a quiet location with fabulous gardens and a sheltered terrace to enjoy the fresh air. It's also a 10-minute walk to both the sea and Mynydd Carningli (Carningli Mountain). The home sleeps up to 8 people in 6 beds, where there are two kingsize doubles and two twin rooms. There are two eloquent and modern family bathrooms upstairs - one with a shower, and the other with a bath and shower-over - and the master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, which you walk down a few steps into. The stylish four bedrooms are situated on the upper floor on either side of the house, so ideal for two families to share, but feel that separation if needed. All bedrooms exude true luxury, comfort, and character. Designer charm and finishes pour out from every part of this luxury property.

Newport is a town, parish, community, electoral ward, and ancient port of Parrog, on the Pembrokeshire coast in West Wales at the mouth of the River Nevern in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Newport Pembs is a bit of a rarity, a small bustling town flanked by a mountain, an estuary and beaches, it's perched in one of the Pembrokeshire National Park's most scenic parts and is loved by locals and visitors alike. Major House is perfectly and conveniently situated on a peaceful road, in the popular market town of Newport in North Pembrokeshire, within half a mile of The Parrog. Close by are other well-known beaches and coves at Newport Sands, Ceibwr, Aberfforest, Cwm-yr-Eglwys, and Aberbach. Newport has some of the finest shops and cafes to buy fantastic local produce, and a wonderful microbrewery just 3 miles away - Bluestone. The Tides sells fabulous pastries and fresh fish, Blas has wonderful Welsh produce and cakes and the local butchers are renowned throughout the county. On Monday (Mar - Dec) there is a street market that sells local produce and products... from organic veg, sourdough bread, and fresh fish, it's not to be missed.
