The epitome of contemporary minimalism, featuring double-height ceilings and loft-style living, these spacious apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen, WIFI and free parking. A dedicated breakfast bar and living area make for endless entertainment opportunities. Mantella Lofts is on a private street. This means there is free parking outside the apartment, which is subject to availability. Further down the street there is permit holder parking from 8am - 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Outside of those hours, guests can park in those areas for free, obviously avoiding double yellow lines. All mod-cons needed for a relaxing business stay are here, including all-in-one printers, Amazon Echo (Alexa), portable laptop table, smoothie maker and yoga mat, for when you need to take a well-deserved break. Mantella Lofts is surrounded by some of Birmingham’s best bars, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and museums.
