Recently renovated, to provide two ensuite guest bedrooms, to a high standard while maintaining the essence of a Victorian home, this house is conveniently situated with a 15 minute walk to the mainline railway station from London. Guests will have the use of a dedicated lounge and breakfast room in which a full and varied menu of high quality local produce will be served every morning. We have off road parking and the availability for guests to use the front garden seating. Each guest room has television, and WiFi connection.

As hosts we pride ourselves on being very friendly, both working in services that assist people daily. For years we have enjoyed visiting bed and breakfasts all over England and Europe, so believe we have excellent experience of what constitutes a superior bed and breakfast. Our home is welcoming, comfortable and in the heart of Cornwall.

We are in the heart of Cornwall’s historical mining area within twenty minutes of local beaches. Our Victorian house was built for a mine captain and itself is steeped in local history linked to the surrounding area. There is a painting in Truro museum of a thatched school house that was originally in the garden of our home and our house is featured in a book about the village and the family who lived here. The stunning North cliffs are a 15 minute drive, with varied wildlife including seals.
