This superb house is ideally located in the market town of Southam, within easy reach of many popular attractions. The town is close to a canal, if you fancied a spot of sailing and is close by to one of the most popular wedding venues in the area, Warwick House. A visit would not be complete without exploring Shakespeare’s birthplace and neighbouring counties of Oxfordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. You can also enjoy Blenheim Palace, Chastleton House, the Cotswolds with its many traditional villages, the Malvern hills, the market town of Warwick with its impressive castle and Henley-in-Arden. Upon entering this newly built house in 2018, guests will immediately gain a sense of space and light, with a stylish finish throughout. Walking through the large glass entrance and into the hallway, on the right is a separate WC and to the left is a handy utility room, where the washing machine can be found. Straight ahead is the impressive open-plan lounge/diner with two large sofas and comfy chairs arranged around the Smart TV/DVD. The dining area has a large table to comfortably seat everyone. The stylish kitchen features another seating area and a breakfast bar style island, with high stools. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything required for holiday dining and to help with the cleaning up, a handy dishwasher. The property has four bedrooms on the first floor, one king-size with an en-suite shower room and WC, one double bedroom, a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a 2’6” twin on request) and the fourth bedroom has a small double bed. Finishing the accommodation is the bathroom with bath, large separate shower and WC. Take a step outside into your own private garden, the perfect spot to dine alfresco, relax on the outside furniture or in the bubbles of your very own private hot tub. The front of the house provides off-road parking for two cars. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
