Set in the leafy and affluent district of Mossley Hill, Liverpool (often referred to locally as Allerton or L18), this luxuriously appointed four bedroom holiday home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and is exclusively available for private group holiday lets or for business visitors requiring a short term rent. Originally built in the 1920’s, the house has been superbly renovated, decorated and furnished to a very high standard retaining many original features but with the benefit of modern amenities. Fully equipped with everything you would expect in a ‘home from home’, offering space, comfort and value for money. With the city centre less than 10 minutes away, the house is perfectly positioned for your stay in the city. Nearby Allerton Road (two minute walk) offers a vibrant selection of high quality cafes, restaurants and bars and many other amenities including a large 24 hour supermarket. Larger groups and dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Cots and extra beds are available on request.

With more listed buildings, museums and galleries than any British city outside London, the heart of the city and its breathtaking waterfront wears its status as a World Heritage Site with pride. Whether your trip is for business, a short break or an extended family stay you’ll never be lacking things to do and see in this great city. With the centre of town only ten minutes away, and the vibrant suburb of Allerton all around you, the house is perfectly placed for everything Liverpool and the region has to offer. A five minute walk would see you in the tranquility of Calderstones Park, home to the Reader Organisation and the magnificent Sefton Park with its breathtaking Palm House is also close by. The area around the house has great Beatles heritage; John Lennon lived close by between 1946 and 1963 and Strawberry Fields and Penny Lane are right on the doorstep.
