Information about the host

You will always receive a warm welcome at Mermaid Cottage. I have only just recently become a host and it has already been a positive experience. I have met such fantastic guests and forgiving ones too as I embark on my journey. Having had a lot of experience of being a guest myself over the years, I hope I have translated this into making Mermaid an enjoyable, comfortable and interesting place to stay. The entire house has vinyl floor tiles to ensure minimal allergies to dust and all surfaces are easy to clean, wash or disinfect so my guests can feel relaxed and reassured in these difficult times. I hope I can cater for most, to that end pillows, duvets and cushions are mostly hypoallergenic though there are some feather filled ones. Please let me know beforehand if you have any requirements. Likewise, I provide a hamper for guests to enjoy and again, please let me know if you have special dietary requirements I should be aware of. Should something not work or can be improved upon, please let me know either in person or via email. I should also be pleased if you could provide a review at the end of your stay.
