This is a modern, detached and spacious property on the edge on Dulverton, but still only a few minutes walk from the centre of the village, where you will find a good choice of shops, restaurants, pubs and tea rooms. This property offers comfortable holiday accommodation for up to 6 (+ cot). Entrance to the property is just off the car parking area on the drive, the front door opens into a hallway with a double bedroom on each side, one with en-suite shower room, and there is a further toilet with hand basin off the hall too. Upstairs is the main living area, the large sitting room has sliding doors onto a balcony with views over the surrounding countryside, and a further sliding door to the rear which opens onto a small patio area, and access to the garden. The large kitchen with dining table and adjoining utility area is also upstairs, as is the family bathroom, comprised of bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin. There is a third bedroom upstairs, which has twin beds and a cot. A path from the back door at the rear of the kitchen leads up into the garden.
Dulverton is known as the southern gateway to Exmoor and is also home to the head quarters of the Exmoor National Park. There are several streets of shops in Dulverton including a butcher, bank, Post Office, fish & chip shop, greengrocer, late-opening supermarket, art gallery, hairdressers, guns and fishing tackle shop. There are also a number of quality boutiques, interesting gift shops plus a handful of lovely restaurants, tea rooms and pub.
